무엇을 기준으로 한건지 알수가 없는데
부자 즉 수입이 많은걸 기준으로 한것같은데
빈곤율 Poverty rate 이 중요하지만 그것도 순서대로 아니고
평균수명 (기대수명 Life expectancy) 을 기준으로 한것도 아니다.
