글리피짓 ;

이 약은 "설포닐유레아" 계열의 경구용 혈당강하제로서 식이, 운동요법과 병행하여 제2형 당뇨병에 사용된다.

 

서양의 모든 약들은 화학제품이라서 반드시 부작용이 따라온다.

아래보면 다른 약들과 영향을 많이 받는 ( interact with other medications ) 이라서

안먹는게 병을 악화시키지 않는다. 즉 약을 먹으면 더 악화된다.

Glipizide is used to reduce blood sugar levels in people with high blood sugar caused by type 2 diabetes. Glipizide is used to treat type 2 diabetes.

glipizide is bad for kidneys,

Glipizide is metabolized (broken down and cleared) from your body through the kidneys.

If your kidney function is low, glipizide could build up in your body.

If you have kidney problems, your doctor may prescribe a lower dose of glipizide.
