베개없이 자는게 건강에 좋은가요?

 

배게 벼게 벼개 없이 자는지가 30년이 넘는다.

 

목이 굴러다니니 목 운동이되고, 옆으로 잘때는 머리가 기우러져서 목운동이되고 건강에 좋다.

 

등을대고 누어잘때 베개가 없으면 머리와 몸이 직선이되어 거북목을 고친다.

하지만 인터넽에는 베개가 없으면 건강에 나쁘다고
