안녕하세요. first job은 하고 있고 second 로 알아보고 있는데

간병인 등록하고 이름만 빌려 주고 그 분과 반반 나눠 주는 것이 있다고 합니다.

가능한가요?

그리고 엄밀히 말하면 도용인데 괜찮나요?

왜 자기 이름은 안쓰고 남의 이름을?

서류 상으로 빌려가는건지??

말로서 빌려달라는건지??

 

아마 서류 상으로 빌려 달라는것 같은데,,,

조건부로서 모든 책임은 빌려간 사람이 진다는 조건으로

발려달라는 넘의 모든 정보를 받아야,,

 

세무보고도 빌려가는 사람이 모두 하고

빌려주는 사람은 현찰로만 받고,,

 

모두 유리 한 조건의로 해보세요.

그건 당연 불법 이죠. 돈 벌고 싶은 마음은 이해 되지만

나중에라도 피해가 안 되는 일을 찿아 보심이 어떨지요.
