내가 어렸을때 몸이 약해서 칼슘 보충한다고
조개껍질을 가져와서 가루로 빻았던 기억이 있다.
결국 먹지는 않았다.
칼슘을 많이 먹는다고 뼈가 단단하지 않다.
골밀도를 좋게 하려면 장기가 칼슘을 받아드려야한다.
아무리 많이 먹어도 몸에서 받지 않으면
돌가루가 피속에 돌아다니는것과 같다.
운동도 큰 도움이된다.
몸에서 칼슘을 받지 않는데 계속 먹는것은 매우 위험하다.
돌가루를 먹는것과 같다.
돌가루를 먹으라고하면, 화를 내고 거절하지만
칼슘 보충제는 돈을 내고 사서 먹는다.
결국 같은 것이다.
